It started from Bulgogi ~

          Nowadays, South Korea become a country that popolar as place to spend holiday. That things is caused by Hallayu waves that appear in entire world especially in Asia. One of motivatian that make tourist come to South Korea  is korean dramas. In korean dramas, there are many interesting places such as Jeju Island, Namsan Tower, Lotte World and the other places. In the other hand, korean foods also have attraction for tourist because it has an unique and delicious taste. There ara a lot kind of korean food. Bulgogi ( 불고기 )

       


        The most popular food in Korea is Bulgogi. Bulgogi literally means "fire meat" in korean so, bulgogi is a korean grilled beef. It made from  thin slices of sirloin or other prime cuts of  beef  or pork. Before cooking, the beef  marinated in a mixture of seasoning such as  soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and pepper. It must marinated in 2 until 4 hours because that can make the season permeate in beef. After marinated, the beef grill in cooking pan with oil, bombay onion and carrot.For the last touch,pour some sesame on it. It usually served with  a side of lettuce or other leafy vegetable, which is used to wrap a slice of cooked meat and then eaten as a whole.
